More Than an Agent. More Than a Lawyer. Your First Call.
Gustavo “Gus” Bravo is a licensed U.S. attorney, a FIFA-licensed soccer agent, a business owner, and former college soccer player — unique skillsets in the global game.
But more than that, he serves as something most players and coaches never truly have: a trusted advisor — a consigliere.
Gus does not operate as a traditional agent who hands legal work off to outside counsel, or as a traditional lawyer disconnected from the realities of the sport. He operates as a single, integrated advisor — someone clients call first when a decision matters.
Contracts. Transfers. Disputes. Opportunities. Risk.
Not just representation — guidance across an entire career.
The Soccer Background
Gus grew up in the game. After being named Broward County’s high school soccer player of the year, Gus captained Nova Southeastern University’s men’s soccer team for three years, earning All-American honors for both athletics and academics.
That experience — the discipline, the pressure to perform — shapes how he advises clients today.
He does not just understand soccer contracts.
He understands what it means to be a player.
20+ Years of Legal Experience
Before becoming a soccer agent, Gus built a well-rounded legal career in South Florida. Over more than two decades in practice, he worked at major international law firms — handling complex commercial litigation, employment and labor disputes, intellectual property matters, contract negotiations, as well as trial and appellate work across high-stakes cases.
He is a trial-tested litigator who has represented clients in serious disputes and a deal lawyer who has drafted and negotiated all types of contracts. That depth of legal experience furthers Gus’s sports representation — and it is exactly what protects his clients when it matters most.

The Business Perspective
Beyond courtrooms and contracts, Gus is the Founder and Managing Partner of a boutique law firm serving as outside general counsel to businesses across sports, technology, construction, transportation, and pharmaceuticals. He advises clients not just on legal issues, but on risk management, strategy, and long-term planning.
He is also an entrepreneur — someone who has built and operated companies, managed teams, and made the kinds of business decisions that players increasingly face as their careers and brands grow. When a client is weighing a sponsorship, a business investment, or a licensing opportunity, Gus brings firsthand experience to the conversation.
FIFA Agent License
Gus holds a FIFA agent license — the credential required under FIFA’s Football Agent Regulations to legally represent players and coaches in professional transfer and employment negotiations worldwide. Most licensed agents are not lawyers. Most sports lawyers are not licensed agents. Gus is both.
Representation Philosophy
Gus approaches representation with a simple but uncommon standard:
Be the first call — not just the person who handles the paperwork.
His role is not limited to negotiating contracts. It is to serve as a consigliere — a trusted advisor across every critical decision in a player or coach’s career.
It means taking a long-term view. Not every opportunity is the right opportunity. Not every deal should be done.
Gus is intentionally selective in who he represents — building relationships grounded in trust, alignment, and shared goals. Because the value he provides is not transactional. It is strategic, continuous, and personal.
A player or coach should not need to call an agent for one issue, a lawyer for another, and a business advisor for something else. They should have one trusted voice.
That is the role Gus fills — a consigliere. A strategic counselor across every stage of a career, on and off the pitch.
Language & International Reach
Gus is fully fluent in Spanish and brings an international perspective shaped by roots in Chile and experience working across diverse industries and cultures. He is equally at home in U.S. domestic player markets and international transfer negotiations — a genuine advantage in today’s global game.
